Need to meet ADA and running on a tight budget? Consider a LULA (Limited use Limited access). This is the smallest and by far least costly, commercial elevator available. Code restricts it to 30 FPM, 1400 lbs capacity, and 25 feet of travel. If you have a church, school, office, or any type of building where you think this may work give us a call!
