Jay founded Genesis Elevator Company after an exceptional 24 year career with KONE, Inc., a $4.3 billion global elevator company. During Jay's career with KONE he held a variety of positions including sales, marketing, product development, project management, operations and senior management. Most recently he served as National Vice President of Operations. His values-based leadership sets the tone for Genesis employees and contractors and his exceptional business acumen and vision ensures the Genesis brand sets the standard for home elevator companies. He is involved in every facet of the company's operations and is a proven leader with a propensity for building highly motivated and productive teams.
